Is it better to fall in love or learn to love? By learn to love I am assuming that means you are forced to love someone. I think falling in love is better than learning to love someone. If you have to "learn" to love someone, that's not real enough. I believe you should be allowed to find someone that's special to YOU, not your parents or any other party. Love should be natural, not artificial. Loving someone takes all of your heart, you can't just take a random person off the street and suddenly love them. It seems to take time and patience to find the one person that you'll truly love.
On the other hand, I also think that if the person you're forced to love or have to learn to love is a generally a nice person, you could learn to love that person as something other than a spouse, but still love them, like a friend. Even if you find your "true love", you're not going to like every single thing about them. Same goes for any person. So if you're learning to love someone, you're not gonna like every little thing about them anyway.
Love is fragile and it shouldn't be chosen for you or something like that. Love usually comes naturally and should be left to its own devises.
