I believe that the governments(Chinese and Rwanda) are the worst out of all the groups involved. These governments are supporting the genocide in Darfur by providing the Sudan government with weapons and security. Without weapons and support, the killings and other horrible acts commited by the Militant might not be able to happen, but they do have weapons and they do have support. They have support from one of the biggest world powers...China. Some might say that the people that didn't resist are just as bad as the people who are killing the innocent people in Darfur, but they're not. They could have spoken up or done something, but if they had they would've been killed just as quickly or quicker than the innocent people in Darfur. The persons doing the actual killing are the ones to blame. Without support and help from other countries, the Sudanese government would be no where.
